Made from solid tungsten carbide, this step drill delivers superior hardness, wear resistance, and heat tolerance compared to HSS or cobalt tools. It is currently supplied uncoated to minimize built-up edge (BUE) when machining aluminum alloys, with full coating options available for other materials.
