Tungsten copper board from EJ Carbide has good resistance to high temperature, bending strength and wear resistance. Tungsten copper board electrode are mainly using as ERW (Electric resistance welding) electrode, EDM (Electrical discharge machining) electrode, High pressure discharge tube electrode and so on.
ERW (Electric resistance welding) electrode: Integrated the advantages from both tungsten and copper: High-temperature resistance, arc erosion resistance, high strength, high density, good conductive and thermal conductivity. The tungsten copper board also be easy to cut, and has the characteristics of sweating and cooling. Due to the characteristics of high hardness, high melting point, anti-adhesion, tungsten are often used to make convex welding electrodes or butt welding electrodes with wear resistance, high temperature resistance.
